Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Starting from March 2025, all new submissions will be subjected to processing fees of 1200 GBP.
    The processing time will be 2 to 3 months. Once you submit your article, you will receive an email with the money transaction details. Please pay attention to the emails in your spam folder.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • You have read the journal template carefully and followed all the requirements when creating the final layout of your article.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Research papers should comprise four sections: Title page, abstract (350 words), main body (introduction, theoretical framework, methodology, findings and discussion, conclusion [with recommendation]), and references.

General structure

  1. The full paper should be 8 to 10 pages excluding the title page, abstract, references and annexe.
  2. The preferred font of the journal is Cambria. The font size and space varies from section to section. See below.
  3. The referencing style to be used is APA (American Psychological Association), sixth edition.
  4. All documents should be submitted as MS Word 2010 ‘doc’ file.

Title

Title of the research article should concisely and accurately specify the subject of the paper. The font size is 14pt, bold, central. No capitalization, please.

The font size is 12pt, central. Any description of authors should be given as an endnote on the first page.

Abstract and keywords

The abstract itself should be set in 10pt in single space. Please do not make reference citations in the abstract and please keep it within the limit of 350 words.

A maximum of six keywords should be given below the abstract in bold and italic (Font size 11pt)

Main content

  1. The main content should be structured using subtitles including introduction, literature review, case study or theoretical discussion, findings and conclusion. The font size of subtitle is bold in 13pt.
  2. Minor titles can be used under the subtitles. The font size of minor titles is 12pt and bold.
  3. The text should be in 12pt with space 1.0.
  4. Also please avoid using footnotes. If you have endnotes for further explanations, you are recommended to place them after the conclusion.
  5. The journal language is English (UK). You can easily set the language by highlighting the text of the entire document (Ctrl A) and selecting UK (English).
  6. Authors are advised to follow citation as in APA 6th system (see below).
  7. In the text, please set the text wrapping on the inserted figures at “In line with text” and set its alignment to the centre. Please, do not use low-quality photos or diagrams.
  8. After the conclusion, you may add the “Acknowledgement”.
